Child Safety Policy

Zero Tolerance

IronRod has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content. This includes any imagery, text, or other material that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way. This also includes content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates the abuse or exploitation of children.

Content Moderation

All user-generated content on IronRod, including highlights, comments, and replies, is subject to automated moderation. Content that violates this policy is removed immediately and the account is permanently banned.

Reporting

If you encounter any content on IronRod that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

  • In-app reporting — use the Report button on any highlight, comment, or user profile
  • Email — contact us at support@ironrod.social

All reports are reviewed promptly. We take every report seriously and will act swiftly to remove violating content and disable offending accounts.

Enforcement

When CSAE content is identified, IronRod will:

  • Remove the content immediately
  • Permanently ban the account responsible
  • Report the content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement
  • Preserve relevant evidence as required by law

Child Account Protections

IronRod provides parent-managed child accounts with additional safety protections:

  • Child accounts are created and managed by a parent
  • No email address is collected for child accounts
  • Child accounts do not appear in public user search
  • All follow requests for child accounts must be approved by the parent
  • Parents can view their child's activity and manage their account at any time
